公司從1997年的3000KVA治煉爐開始起步，勵精圖治，不斷創(chuàng)新，針對碳化硅治煉爐不斷改革創(chuàng)新，截止目前公司現(xiàn)有2條40000KVA碳化硅冶煉爐生產(chǎn)線，生產(chǎn)能力8.5萬噸/年。該條生產(chǎn)線采取了多項自主專利技術，采用先進的冶煉工藝裝備，具有自動化程度高，工藝單耗低，產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)優(yōu)良等優(yōu)勢。
